April TBR

Welcome April and welcome to a new monthly TBR pile.

The contestants this month have been chosen, but nothing is completely set in stone – there may be surprise wildcards.

Knowing I’ll probably be busy with getting settled in my new apartment, I haven’t picked that many books for the month of April, but instead keeping some options open for lighter reads.

But the ones I know I’ll want to read are as follows:

King of Scars by
Leigh Bardugo

I have been avoiding spoilers, but I am dying to get back into the Grishaverse, which is one of my favourite worlds to immerse myself in.

Iron Gold by
Pierce Brown

The Red Rising trilogy is among one of my all time favourite series I’ve ever read! Iron Gold is book 4 in the series, taking place a decade after the ending of Morning Star (book 3) and it’s been too long and it’s time for me to reunite with Darrow, Sevro and all the others.

Tag Gaden Tilbage by
Sara Engell & Sanne Munk Jensen

This is a review copy from the Danish publisher, Gyldendal Ung. It is about a young girl who moves to a new city, where she must navigate a new school, new friendships, but also betrayal. The book sounds very exciting and I’m looking forward to it.

So that is my April TBR. Have you read any of these books? What will you be reading in April?
